Unable to Sign in to the smg360 Mobile App

You are having trouble signing in to your smg360 reporting app especially after rolling out SSO (Single Sign On). The mobile app just shows a loading screen or tells you that the login credentials are incorrect. Users get the following error message when attempting to log in to the smg360 mobile app:

"Error, Login failed". <username>// #Reset919

How to Sign in to the Mobile App after Implementing SSO

To log into the mobile app after implementing Single Sign On, you will need to pair your device from the desktop version of the smg360 reporting website by following the steps outlined in the How to pair your device document attached at the bottom of this KB article.

Pairing allows access to the app without having to log in each time you use the mobile app. If you would like to save your login info, select "Remember Me". The Pair My Device functionality, once set up, will keep you logged into the app.

Note

If you are not actively logging into the reporting website, your pairing token will expire and you will be logged out and have to repair your device.
