RatingsTrack Supported Languages

Clients using RatingsTrack for international projects may have a business need to have the RatingsTrack analytics dashboard available in multiple languages, such as Simplified Chinese for example, in addition to English.

This article provides the currently supported languages in RatingsTrack and provides a way forward if a desired language is not currently supported.

Supported Languages in RatingsTrack

SMG RatingsTrack, powered by Chatmeter, is a platform that shows clients the ratings, reviews, listing accuracy, and search rankings of all their locations across social media platforms. Within RatingsTrack, clients can view competitor data and provide in-platform review responses.

Besides English, the following additional languages are currently supported in RatingsTrack:

• French
• German
• Spanish

Submitting Enhancement Requests for RatingsTrack

Requests for additional languages to be added to this list can be submitted for consideration by our product team working in collaboration with our platform vendor. Such requests are initiated by submitting a ticket in our Help Center for consideration as an enhancement request.

The next step is to create and send an email with the request details to support@chatmeter.com and include kevin@chatmeter.com, as shown in the email example below:

Enhancement requests depend on Chatmeter Support. Therefore, we cannot estimate a timeframe for resolution. However, Chatmeter Support has weekly calls with SMG, where these requests are discussed. The resolution status is also shared on these weekly calls.
