You received a ticket from a client reporting that they do not have a Save & Resolve button available when viewing a Case in the SMG360 Mobile App, as they have on the desktop application.
Prerequisite
- You have access to the SMG360 Mobile App.
How to Resolve a Case in the SMG360 Mobile App
Whenever you're viewing a case in the SMG360 Mobile App and you want to mark it as resolved, follow the steps below:

Please note that you need to select "Add a note" first before you get the option to resolve a case.

Once you have typed in a note, there is a radio button to mark the case as resolved. You can leave that button unselected if you are not done with the case yet.

Click "Save," and the case will be marked resolved.
