This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released August 7 - 11, 2023. Bug fixes and improvements were made to backend systems. No client-facing releases were made this week.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. An update was made to the Feedback Engine specifically for Chick-fil-a for CFA_ETRFB. For WSE, updates were made to remove smart response code. Removed the expanded text area and added New Relic to SMG servers. Removed TA job on open-end questions in Director. Removed Text Analytics Instructions menu item from Apps UI. Update to Connectors to add padding to columns and map to the correct columns. In SQL, updated the invitation-center-scheduler-console ID column. Added automation to the Survey and Platform Health Tracker.
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Chick-fil-a
- An update was made to the Feedback Engine so that new surveys for CFA_ETRFB save correctly.
Internal Improvements
WSE
- Lexalytics: Smart Response functionality has been removed in Director and AppsUI.
- Expanding area under the text area has been removed.
Director
- In the UI section, removed the function to add a TA job on open-end questions.
Apps UI
- Text Analytics Instructions menu item is removed. Admin users can still access the page directly.
Connectors
- Corrected Javascript error, so adding padding to a column is successful.
- Updated file mapping so that when a new file is uploaded to modify the mapping, the updates are reflected in all areas.
SQL
- Updated the invitation-center-scheduler-console ID column from INT to BIG INT.
Survey and Platform Health Tracker
- Added the ability to automate higher-level roll-ups for manager and director-level reporting.
