This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released July 31 - August 4, 2023. Updates were made to the Feedback Engine.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. Made a bug fix for Starbucks security. Internal updates were made to KPI Cards configuration on 360 Admin and improved the EMS UI on Apps UI to resolve issues more efficiently.
Features and Corrections
Feedback Engine
- Added checkboxes (defaulted to on) for the “Overall Site” and “This Page” options on Feedback Engine Survey Designer, similar to what is currently in place for “Contact Us.”
- Added "Feedback" vertical rectangle button option
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Starbucks
- Fixed a security cross-site scripting vulnerability found by the Starbucks security team.
Internal Improvements
360 Admin
- Updated KPI Card Configurations for composite measures
Apps UI
- Improved the EMS UI to create a more efficient way to resolve issues when Case API emails are not sent.
