This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released July 10 - 14, 2023. An update was made to Feedback Engine.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. For Pollo Campero, we updated the incentive codes upload tool. Internally we updated Survey Designer, Feedback Engine, and Structure API.
Features and Corrections
eTrack
- Improved feedback engine suppression options to apply any combination of survey suppression options (IP, URL, & Element); previously, you could only use one.
- Updated the privacy policy link presented in any Feedback Engine (eTrack) survey to include translations.
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Pollo Campero
- Updated the incentive codes upload tool in APPS UI for the POLL_CSI project, which was wrongly mapped to the incentive code table.
Internal Improvements
Survey Designer
- Updated the "Preview" section to show passive surveys allowing mplementation mangers to confirm survey questions are appearing correctly.
Structure API
- Fixed the bug that had an issue with special characters when making calls to the structure API, causing it to fail out when hierarchies with '&' are in the hierarchy number.
