This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released July 3 - 7, 2023. Bug fixes and improvements were made to backend systems. No client-facing releases were made this week.
Internal updates are highlighted in blue. Updates were made to 360Admin and Feedback Engine.
Internal Improvements
360 Admin
- Deployed a code fix so changes can be saved in the Sources area.
Feedback Engine
- Updated so the NPS Rating-scale option defaults to “Not at all likely” to “Highly likely,” 0 - 10 (11 points total).
- Will Only allow users to customize the NPS options 0 and 10 (“Not at all likely” and “Highly likely”, respectively). Will not allow for customization of the labels for 1-9.
- Updated so that when using the V5 Mapper, if it is mapped to the wrong question type, it will provide the correct error message.
