This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released 19 - 23, 2023. Bug fixes and improvements were made to backend systems. No client-facing releases were made this week.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. Client-specific updates were made to Yum and RBI. Internally updates were made to SQL, Text Analytics (TA), and ETrack.
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Yum

Updated SMG360 so users where sources they don’t have access to are no longer listed in the Comments Report, Cases, and Alerts areas.
- Updated ETrack for PHI_ETRK_CAN to allow for 10 active (micro) surveys per market for a total of 200 micro surveys for this project ID
RBI
- RBI projects have all been terminated, and all access to Case API is deactivated.
Internal Improvements
SQL
- Validation was put in place to increase security on the incoming request to make sure that the units, levels, and archive report id are accessible by the given user.
Text Analytics
- Updated the existing GetCategoriesByConfigId SP, update to the stored process.
- Updated Store base config in table to Recover/Restore/Undo deleted category back into the active category list.
- Created an audit endpoint.
ETrack
- Updated so when a user clicks “X”(cancel) on ETrack on the passive survey to stop it from throwing an error on the console. It hasn't been affecting our clients' interaction with ETrack.
