This article contains information on our new features and corrections released June 5 - 9, 2023. Bug fixes and improvements were made to backend systems. No client-facing releases were made this week.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. Updates were made for Dollar General and Taco Bell. Updates were made internally to Feedback Engine, SMart, Feedback Collection, Chatbot, the Financial Linkage Model, and Text Analytics.
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Dollar General
- Removed "Website Support" category from Dollar General's TA configuration
- Added new end points
Taco Bell
- Updated their custom Salesforce Case API set up.
Internal Improvements
Feedback Engine
- Updated so all measures appear in the FE to v5 mapper tool.
SMart
- Updated so data will populate on Blind Rank Benchmark Slide.
Feedback Collection & Chatbot
- Social processing enhancements, restarted the Social Connector and removed ophan records.
- Added a new scheduling infrastructure, created a user sync scheduler, and deleted user sync.
- Removed automatic single user login sync
- Added a new endpoint to ChatmeterApiPathAndQuery resource file.
- Updated to stop getting all groups and filtering to the desired group and begin querying for the specific ExternalGroupId with new endpoint.
Financial Linkage Model
- Name changed from GAM
- Internal model being developed by data science to issue recommended focus areas for each unit that are predicted to maximize financial impact
Text Analytics
- Removed category(ies) endpoint
- Updated to show/Get categories endpoint
- Added category endpoint to allow the user to save “Added Categories”
