This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released May 29 - June 2, 2023. Updates were made to the Feedback Engine.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. For client-specific updates, updates were made for Taco Bell, McDonalds, Ross, and Shell. Internal updates were made to AppsUI, SSDT-Report-EMS, SQL, SMart, V5, Feedback Engine, and IQS.
Features and Corrections
Feedback Engine
- Updated the option to modify the "index page" when only a single Feedback Button branch is configured to avoid confusion for respondents.
- Updated Feedback_Etrack to address abnormal display behavior with Etrack on various iPhone devices.
Client-Specific Features and Corrections
Taco Bell
- Updated custom Salesforce Case API setup.
McDonalds
- Updated the Custom FTP Tool - SFTP to add a port option.
Ross
- Code changes made to fix ROSS_CSI Batched Alerts.
Shell
- Updated the custom process that feeds data from the feedback survey (InApp) into the calls table so it starts parsing data again.
Internal Improvements
AppsUI
- Added 'EX Survey' to UI so that CSMs can re-term EX surveys.
SSDT-Report-EMS
- Corrected the EMS template so it doesn't create duplicates
SQL
- Improved performance on Hierarchy submit
- The code updated so that when resetting passwords, the password does not expire until the link in the email is selected.
SMart
- Added the ability to assign a comparison time period in the global settings section.
- Updates to the demographics slide and created bar charts.
V5
- Made code changes to increase the security of Quickscores on V5.
Feedback Engine
- Updated to V5 Mapper so drop down values persist when selected and should only apply to the specific drop-down selected and not impact other drop-down values.
IQS
- Made code changes to apply source filters in the IQS request directly against the measures that are contained in the sources to support calculating metrics when inputs come from separate data sources.
