This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released May 15 - 19, 2023. Updates were made to the Feedback Engine(FE), Case, and Chatbot.
Internal updates are highlighted in blue and include updates to Connectors Tool, SMG360, and API.
Features and Corrections
Feedback Engine
- E-Track UI Component - In Lower Environments, updated so the "Next" button is not cut off on iPhones.
- Updated to write all nonquestion data to V5 so it's available in Report Builder.
Case
- Updated to add the infrastructure to enable users to track the actions taken to resolve a ticket.
- Update to fully support brands configuring how recovery action is taken.
Chatbot
- Updated to implement a process to ask customers whether they want to be contacted after they have reported an issue by triggering a question through the chatbot and collecting the response.
Internal Improvements
Connectors Tool
- Configured Connector data files to be reported in V5.
SMG360
- Created the ability to disable a Yext Integration via Smg360 Admin UI.
API
- Updated to include a Search Filter and a Search endpoint.
