Bug fixes and improvements were made to backend systems. No client-facing releases were made this week.
Internal and client-specific updates are highlighted in blue. Client-specific updates were made to Yum for both Pizza Hut and KFC International, and Express. Internal updates were made to SMG360, Chatbot, and Messaging Service.

YRI_PH_CSI custom hierarchy change
- YRI_KF_CS released a bug fix to solve a survey's TextPipping issue
Express

Fixed the 360 KPI cards so they accurately display on the dashboard
Internal Improvements
SMG360
- Releasing rosetta-svcs-API to fix data issues causing Comment report failures when certain sources were included in the filter.
Chatbot
- Updated to process Chatbot and TA data from Event Hub to Data Lake
- Created the ability to fire off an email through the messaging service that delivers an incentive to the user upon completion of the chatbot conversation.
- Updated so a typing bubble shows while waiting on messages from other domains, indicating the user we're working on it.
- Updated to add the ability to have hyperlinks in the opening and closing statement texts.
- Creates the ability to save query string data so that it can be used for analysis after collection.
- Updated so both positive expectations and negative expectations will be stored as a single message field in the configuration store.
Messaging Service
- Created a messaging service that allows other SMG domains to send emails.
