This article contains information on our new features and corrections released March 27 - 31, 2023. Updated WSE survey attributes, and added response filters by desktop or mobile for Etrack.
Internally, updates were made to the reprocessing API for TA sentiment, improved performance issues for RatingsTrack, and fixed issues in Toolbox for Director updates.
Features and Corrections
Etrack
- Added a column to determine whether an eTrack response came from a mobile or desktop device
WSE Survey
- Made more user-friendly by removing tabindex attributes from elements that do not require action
Internal Improvements
Reprocessing API
- Created a flag in reprocessing to only process comments that have no sentiment attached.
Feedback Engine
- Set up a time converter to match timezones for Feedback Engine and V5 so the data saves correctly.
Toolbox
- Updated AnswerGroupID and SurveyAnswerGroupID attribute values in the Question Tool to pull from Director without errors.
Social/RatingsTrack
- Added the SMGAccountId to the "Failed to add location to group" logs for easier troubleshooting.
- Created a Grafana dashboard to monitor throughput for social sync and reviews.
- Created a new endpoint that would allow us to only return units where ExcludeForSocial is false to reduce networking load.
- Improved Social API endpoint performance to get the social units from structure faster.
