This article contains information on our new features and corrections released March 20-24, 2023. Updates were made to the eTrack answer option behavior for 'Other'.
Internally, there were updates made to the Survey ID in the Feedback API and corrected the comment issue on the Retail demo site.
Features and Corrections
eTrack
- Update the answer option behavior for the ‘Other’ option by preserving the text in the other checkbox and giving the option to clear the text by clicking the X.
Internal Improvements
Feedback API
- Added Survey ID to ChannelsConfig page, so Survey IDs are now displayed in Survey Designer.
Retail Demo Site (SMG_SALES_RET)
- Corrected the issue with the Retail demo site to show the comment in the case details of the Case Management report.
