Internally, updates were made to determine if a question is new or existing in Survey Designer and added the ability to activate or deactivate session replay. In Questions tool, added the ability to import and configure Connector data.
Features and Corrections
SMG360
- Fixed Yext Social Integration Hierarchy Drop-down so it will save the selected value.
Feedback Engine
- Updated so surveys correctly display translations.
Internal Improvements
Survey Designer
- Added ability to determine if a question is new or existing so you can edit question text and response options appropriately on the back end.
- When editing response option text on an existing question in Survey Designer, the existing response option ID is maintained once the changes are published.
- Added the ability to activate or deactivate session replay for approved vendors so the Survey Designer user can find the session ID to replay a respondent’s on-site session without submitting a ticket.
Question Tool
- Added the ability to import and configure Connector measures for v5 reporting.
- Maintains the Attribute ID when editing response options as long as it doesn't change as long as the edit doesn't change the intent of the question.
