Internally, there were updates made to Director and Feedback Engine.

Mobile App
- Allow users to view a message when their status is offline to set expectations on the app's functionality while offline.
SMG360

The score type drop-down in 360 Admin now displays the following four new score types that can be used on KPI, HDIC, and Trend cards:
- 10,000 Normalized Rate Count
- 1,000 Normalized Rate Count
- 10,000 Normalized Rate Sum
- 1,000 Normalized Rate Sum
Etrack
- Improved API load issues.
Internal Improvements
Director
- Client Operation teams can self-serve and make changes to the Sweepstakes PDF file for all translated languages in Director without involving a Survey Engineer.
APIs

Added OAuth2 Support to pull transactions on survey entry.
Feedback Engine

Added cache key variables for each cache location to prevent API slow load issues.
