This article contains information on our new features and corrections that were released on January 16-20th 2023. This week's release contains updates to Measure Trend Cards and the Category Filter Menu in 360, the ability to add more triggers to E-Track surveys and a correction to the Auto Advance Tooltip message in E-Track, and a filter update to RatingsTrack.
Internally, there were a few updates for Director regarding the scroll bar in Survey Instructions and the Ready for Deployment button and updates to the connector tool and FE to V5 mapper tool in 360 and updates to the Connectors Tool to ensure Store IDs are processed as a string with leading zeros.
Features and Corrections
360 Reporting
- For non-English language clients, the Measure Trend Card on the 360 Reporting Website now has the proper translation for the nCount button.
- Category Filter Menu in 360 is now specific to the client configured categories used. Previously, it pulled back industry categories.
E-Track
- You can now add more than two triggers in E-Track Survey.
- The Auto Advance Tooltip Message no longer overlaps with the question texts within the survey.
RatingsTrack
- The filter in RatingsTrack has been corrected to display division, brand, and regional manager.
Internal Improvements
Director
- The Ready for Deployment button in Director now creates tickets in Jira Cloud instead of on-prem Jira.
- The scroll bar within the Survey Instructions page now works when using a small minimized window in Director.
360
- FE to v5 Mapper has been fixed to create columns in the calls table when creating CATA options.
- The Connector Setup tool now allows the combination of values from two columns using the selected separator character.
- In the Connector Setup tool, you can now perform a Temp Store Lookup using the Client's Internal Store ID.
Connectors Tool
- Updated to ensure store IDs have proper padding for all file types that we support so that data is processed correctly as a string.
