This article contains the release notes of new features added the week of December 12-15th 2022. This weeks release includes the addition of new score types in 360 Admin, enhanced messaging and focus to feedback surveys and accessibility updates to VistView. For further information, see below.
New Features
360 Admin
The score type drop down in 360 Admin now displays the following 4 new score types that can be used on KPI, HDIC and Trend cards:
- 10,000 Normalized Rate Count
- 1,000 Normalized Rate Count
- 10,000 Normalized Rate Sum
- 1,000 Normalized Rate Sum
Feedback Engine Survey
When a Feedback survey question is submitted with one or more questions left unanswered, an appropriate error message will be displayed on the screen and there is focus on the unanswered question.
E-Track & Survey Designer
Survey Designer now has the ability to add 'N/A' to Star Scale Ratings and Whole Button Surveys and the 'Does Not Apply' option is now available for Rating Scale.
VisitView Survey
Accessibility Updates have been made to VistView Survey to ensure all interactive functionality is operable with the keyboard.
