How To Submit A Helpline Support Request

This article provides instructions to submit a helpline support request.

Submitting a Helpline Support Request 

  1. Go to helpline.smg.com.

    The page defaults to English, but you can choose a different language from the list.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Start.

  4. Choose the reason for your inquiry and click Next.

  5. Follow the prompts to fill out the form. Make sure to provide as many details as possible so that we may best assist you.

  6. Click Next to submit your request. A confirmation message will appear, letting you know we received your request.

  7. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, letting you know we received your request and providing you with the ticket ID of your request. You will be contacted by one of our Support Agents soon.
